How do I get to Excel London?
If you are travelling by public transport, the nearest station is Custom House. This is part of the Elizabeth Line and the DLR. Use the TFL Journey Planner to plan your route or view on Google Maps. What accommodation is available?
Cloud & Cyber Security Expo has a number of exclusive accommodation offers in London, within 10 minutes of Excel and with easy access to Central London, available to those who are visiting and exhibiting at the event. You can access these hotel offers via our partner Event Express.

How can I register as a visitor?
You can register your interest for 2025 here. Your badge will provide you with free access to all our co-located shows: Cloud & AI Infrastructure, DevOps Live, Cloud & Cyber Security Expo, Big Data & AI World and Data Centre World.
Can students attend the event?
Absolutely! But act fast—only 1,500 student tickets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. This is your chance to connect with industry leaders, discover cutting-edge innovations, and take your first step on the ladder into the tech industry. Click here to Register.
Approved student registrants will ONLY be permitted to attend Cloud & Cyber Security Expo on day 2 of the show from 14:00PM, where our student-focused content will take your talent to the next level.
What happens if I don't receive my badge before the show?
When you register you will be sent a confirmation email. This email contains your 5 digit registration code. Simply print off this email or note down the code and bring it with you to the show where we will print you another badge.
If you forget your code, just provide your name at the registration desk and we will locate your registration details to print your entry badge.
What happens if I need a Visa Letter?
If you need a Visa Letter to attend Cloud & Cyber Security Expo, please get in contact with a member from our team on csemarketing@closerstillmedia.com.
