Simon is the CEO of the Online Dating and Discovery Association (ODDA) - the global voice for the industry in promoting safe, responsible and enjoyable dating and social experiences for everyone. Prior to his role at the ODDA, Simon was Head of Government and Business Engagement for Police Crime Prevention Initiatives and has previously held senior roles within the UK Civil Service. He also spent 4 years as a Strategic Advisor to the Ministry of Interior in the United Arab Emirates. In addition to his role at the ODDA, Simon is Co-Founder of Cyber London, an Advisory Board Member for the Centre for Online Safety, Safeguarding, Privacy and Identity (COSPI) and an Honorary Visiting Fellow at City St Georges University, London.
