As an award-winning Cyber Security Professional, Roha always knew she wanted to be successful and achieve some great things in life and empower the people around her. Roha has experience in Security Engineering as well as Vulnerability Management. Currently she is working for the world's biggest marketing company called WPP. Her role in the central IT function is to bring people together to improve the overall security posture of the company. She also has experience in improving processes and working together to remediate vulnerabilities in a timely manner. She is currently also the engagement specialist for the Pen Testing function. Roha believes she possess the skills to bring people together to achieve a common goal and targets that benefit the business. Her leadership style would be to lead by example and empower her team to do their best. She enjoys empowering the women in her circle, encouraging them to reach their full potential. Roha strongly believes in collaborative growth through sharing knowledge, fostering a supportive environment where everyone’s success contributes to our collective growth.
