Nellie is a trainer and consultant who draws on their lived experiences as an autistic person to help others understand how autistic people experience the world. They previously worked at the National Autistic Society before pursuing a career in tech, taking the bootcamp root and discovering the generosity and kindness that can be found in the sector. What was sometimes missing, however, was a good understanding of autism and neurodivergence in this space. Today, Nellie provides training and consultancy around understanding autistic experiences to clients ranging from the software company Redgate to the international tech charity Codebar.
