Hugo is the founder of Startup Sherpas the mission driven business that prepares teenagers for work in the 21st Century. Startup Sherpas have been working with HMRC and Accenture to develop pathways for teenagers into Cybersecurity and have created the Uk's Cyber Talent Accelerator. Prior to Startup Sherpas Hugo has led innovations in the startup and corporate worlds from creating Vogue's first B2B brand and the Time iPad app through to starting an airline and being the Uk's leading truffle expert.
