Emma is a Senior Manager and Senior Security Architect at EPAM Systems, a global technology and digital transformation services provider. She is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with expertise extending across application security, security operations and security architecture, with a current focus on cloud security. Emma's current role involves guiding their clients through the cloud transformation journey with her strategic security architecture advice. Formerly at Microsoft, she served as a Senior Security Cloud Solution Architect, delivering cybersecurity projects and technical workshops to a broad range of clients from emerging tech startups to established FTSE 100 firms. A dedicated learner and trainer, Emma holds CISSP, multiple Microsoft security certificates which includes the qualification as a Microsoft Certified Trainer. Alongside her professional work, Emma is dedicated to promoting a more diverse workforce in cybersecurity, actively participating in mentorship and community programs aimed at women's engagement and skills enhancement in the field.
